The view and the environment were gorgeous. The wooden walls and furniture authentic.
Would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room especially with the beautiful view on the terrace with table and chairs.

Gorgeous location encircled by mountains. Warm and comfortable bedroom which opened to outdoors for viewing mountains. Breakfast was included which was nice.
The bathroom was very dark, suggest extra lighting to put on makeup 😊

The Server at breakfast was very helpful and accomShe was a very nice person.
The temperature in the room was freezing cold even though the staff turned the heat up, To keep warm I had to wear a heated vest. It appeared that lower level room's heat had been disconnected or not working. They did not state in their write up about the location that a vehicle was needed to get the place. Specially when the Paralympic were that you could not rent a vehicle and drive in cortina
