We loved the location. It was easy to get to from SS51. It was located just out of town, with a walking path across the street (5 miles round trip). It was peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. If the weather had cooperated, we could have enjoyed the balconies more!

It was a great stay, the apartment makes you feel like at home. Alessandra is very kind and helpful owner, she came in five minutes after we phoned her at our arrival. She was very patient to answer our questions about the region. Our stay was very pleasant and without any problem. There is a table with chairs both in the kitchen and in the living room, sofa and beds are comfortable. Terrace is at three world sides with beautiful views. The kitchen is excellently equipped. In the living room there are many books and leaflets about the region. Everything was functional and clean. Excellent location at the edge of Cortina and at the same time on a quiet place with parking next to the house. We were excited by the place.

Hello, we had a one week vacation during the first half of October mainly for hiking. This apartment is located at the second floor of a nice family house in a green surrounding about 2.5 km south of Cortina. The place is very calm although SS-51 road is not far so still very convenient. Furniture look charming, is in a good state and quite complete (decent wifi included). Only issue we found was 2 burners in the kitchen had some malfunction. Nice attention giving DVD, books and high quality maps related to the Dolomites and particularly Cortina d’Ampezzo area. One more book about Vie Ferrate could be added to this fine collection. Despite not being hillside you’ll have views on the main mountain groups around Cortina. The place is quite sunny up to late afternoon. Coming off-season for hiking I would say the location was great. In August it might be a bit difficult to go shopping in Cortina and same goes for Winter related to ski-lifts accessibility. It is a valid choice if you are looking for a peaceful environment and definitely good value for money. Communication with our host Alessandra was very easy and I am likely to go back there to further explore the Dolomites.

Communication with Alessandra was very good. We enjoyed having the space - it made it very restful. The apartment is slightly outside Cortina which we enjoyed because Cortina can be very very busy. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Proprio absente à notre arrivée. Heureusement qu'un occupant de la propriété a pu prévenir la propriétaire de notre arrivée. Par contre les abords sont assez négligés (jardin mal entretenu et de nombreux objets qui traînent), ce qui ne donne pas une impression de netteté et de propreté de la propriété

Gut ausgestattete FeWo mit allem was man braucht..... was Küche und Kochen betrifft, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ect. Die Lage, etwas abseits der Innenstadt von Cortina erfordert ein Auto oder MTB. Super Ausgangspunkt für Klettersteige, Wanderungen, MTB fahren. Deutsches Fernsehen beschränkt sich auf wenige Programme, haben wir aber auch kaum nutzen wollen. Cortina selber ist ein wunderschönes, eher italienisches Städtchen zum Bummeln.... Es gibt auch Restaurants für den durchschnittlichen Geldbeutel. Italienisch Kenntnisse oder Sprachführer ist sinnvoll.

Fewo-Direct hat uns keine Wohnungsadresse mitgeteilt.So mußte uns die Vermieterin am Bahnhof nach telefonischer Anforderung abholen.Es gibt kaum halbwegs ebene Wege. Rundherum Strassenbaulärm.Bett mit 70cm Breite nicht bequem.Nur ein Sessel und der ohne Fußstütze.Wohnung bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur nicht beheizt.Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist.

La casa si trova in ottima posizione, è molto pulita e fornitissima. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici e l'occorrente per il quotidiano. Arredamento da baita, suggestivo e confortevole. L'unica pecca, per noi parecchio rilevante, è stata la mancanza dello wi fi. Il servizio infatti non ha funzionato per i primi quattro giorni e gli ultimi tre, ha funzionato poco. Per il resto, tutto ottimo.

La nostra permanenza è stata molto piacevole. La casa era molto carina, pulita e ben equipaggiata. A 3 minuti dal centro in auto. Ideale per famiglie con bambini che possono scendere nel prato sottostante e giocare senza alcun pericolo. A pochi metri ci sono anche i giochi del vicino albergo che sono utilizzabili...quando non c'è l'animazione. Unico piccolo neo (volendone proprio trovare uno), è che il wi-fi non funziona molto bene in tutte le camere. Molto bella!
