A Perfect Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay here as a big family with a dog. The apartment fully matched the photos shown online. The bed linen was spotless and snow-white, and everything we needed was provided. We felt very comfortable and at home. The hosts, Sead and his wife, are truly kind and responsive people. They immediately and positively responded to all our requests. Although our original booking was for 5 people, our family grew to 7, and they kindly provided an extra bed at no additional charge. Even though we spoke different languages (we speak Ukrainian and only a little English and German), communication with the owners was easy and relaxed — we always understood each other perfectly. We were also lucky to stay two more days in their other apartment, which allowed us to extend our long-awaited vacation. Highly recommended!

Doticni gospodin nam je otkazao smjestaj pred polazak u 23:00h . Pod izgovorom da nema struje i vode , a zapravo je ugostio nekog drugog, te smo morali u zadnji tren traziti apartman. VEOMA NEPROFESIONALNO , NEPREPORUCUJEM !!!!

The rudest owner and a terrible apartment. Don’t recommend to anyone unless you want to screw your holidays

Nothing. We rented this apartment near the ocean. The day before arrival the owner said it’s not possible to move here and moved us to Days Inn apartment. It was the worse apartment out of all Montenegro and Serbia that we have been to. I highly don’t recommend to rent from this owner.

The owner is terrible. We had a problem with electricity because the power strip was broken. When we plugged the phone, electricity went down. The owner came trying to fix it. He was very rude saying that it’s our fault and we have left all apartments in the building without electricity. is it actually our fault that you had the broken power strip?? He called us ‘not normal’. I’ve never seen such rude person in my life. On top of that he said that we should be grateful that we live in his place.. We paid a lot of money to stay in the apartment that we didn’t even receive because they moved us the day before arrival. The owner removed my booking from booking.com. I had to contact support just to write this review. Also when we were living the owner asked to write a positive review.. It was strange after everything what he said. Also the apartment was very poorly equipped. No toilet paper!! The only apartment in Montenegro and Serbia without paper. No dishwashing liquid. Not even a grain of salt. The second bed was next to the entrance door which was very inconvenient. The bathroom had a broken sink and the toilet was less that 10 cm from it.

I stayed there for a week with my family , we really enjoyed our stay, rooms were spacious,organized and very clean. For the price i rate it 10/10 Everything was just perfect.

The city - Ulcinj is not the best, a lot of cars, a lot of trash, not very beautiful compared to Kotor. Sometimes there are other people living in other floors. But that wasn't a big problem.

Absolutně perfektní ubytování se zahradou, parkováním přímo v zahradě ubytovaní. Vše byli blízko - pekárna, restaurace, pláž… úžasné ❤️ Hostitel byl velmi pozorný a aktivně se zajímal, zda je vše v pořádku. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Měli jsme s sebou 3 dobrmany a ani ti nebyli problém. Absolutně excelentní ubytování. Nebyli jsme zde naposledy, těšíme se

Tolle Lage, tolle Gastgeber :)

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, man hat alles da was man braucht, ein eigenes Stockwerk für sich. Die Lage ist mega. Wir würden immer wieder hier Urlaub machen.
