A very pleasant hotel with comfortable suites looking over the village and the greenery.

Great comfy and tranquil hotel

Everything from the comfort of the room, the view from the terrace and the short walk to the city centre. The hotel offers free ev charging points in the parking lot. Loved the Yves Rocher toiletries products in the room

Exceptional view and excellent value

We loved the friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out, exceptional views from the room and well-designed apartment which was thoroughly clean

It got a little hot on the first night but we had a window to the far left of the big windows facing the view

What I most liked about the property was the super helpful staff. They had breakfast on time every morning and it was always prepared perfectly. All the staff were bilingual which was huge. If you needed anything they were on point especially when you needed transportation services, they handle all of that with just an ask

A beautiful apartment overlooking La Gacilly

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the property was very clean and well presented and the rooms were lovely.

The studio apartment was spacious and comfortable, clean and stylish with a view, and the breakfast was simple and nice.

exceeded all expectations

Absolutely amazing stay. Staff was exceptional, breakfast was delicious, very clean room, comfortable beds, and everything is very new. The Yves Rocher products are excellent too. But the best part is definitely the room view! Beautiful place. I’d like to go back some day.

Nothing. I just have one suggestion: I think a good idea would be to have a communication channel with the hotel over the internet. There is a phone number but not always do tourists have cellular service.

a gem of a hotel

the staff - the room/suites- the view- the quietness- the lunch/dinner in glas jar: exquisite ! - quiet place close to center of la gacilly. Parking place. What the hotel stands as a social actor to local interim workers by offering them shelter for a few Euros - the rest being paid by guests. Social but also environmental sustainability shown by the reuse of material/furnitures in the design of the hotel interior.

At this stage of excellence it is nearly indecent to complain. Two tips: 1. think of broader breakfast assortiment (like scramble eggs, protein, fruit salad, english breakfast, ...) - 2. offer secure Wifi connection

A place to relax - cook - walk - "en famille" or with friend. The gacilly village is one of a kind

The suite was superb in a new hotel that combine social overnighting and hotel rooms for guests - a place to consider as couple or with a group. The hotel offers the possibility to cook with a professional cook. Dinner and breakfast can be delivered in the room - The view was splendid. Hotel at walking distance from the gacilly village. The christmas lighting was amazing. Free parking.

Access a bit complicated but once there - the place is unique and very close from the village. Missed a fitness and maybe a confort pool. I had very bad WiFi connection to no connection with both my private or work computers/phones - WiFi Connection not secured which was problem with my work computer.

HORRENDOUS and scary.

no staff visible. phone did not work properly. 3 men came onto our patio in the dark and sat down and made a lot of noise. they would not leave. the phone for reception was not working. the phone number for the property was restricted and not working. there was no indication in the room of whom to call in an emergency. there was no police phone number. the patio doors are top to bottom glass. we are 3 elderly people. i was very scared and did not sleep all night. i finally pushed every button on the phone and got someone who came to get the men to leave. they still would not. the next day the man I spoke with on the phone said he had had to leave since he was only one person and there were 3 men on the patio. that’s the translation I was able to achieve with my french. Had this been in the US I would have called the police. But the scary thing about this property was that it was a little isolated and there is no reception area. no one to help. Basically no where to go. I’m too old for this kind of scare. the ne ct day the woman who brought our breakfast said there was no management on property. i explained the events. she checked the phone with me and saw that it did not work she said she would report it. when we left again there was no one around and in my exhaustion and haste to leave I completely forgot to pay for the breakfast which was extra. They can bill me.

Nice personal but not really speaking english, nice location, vivid centre, gorgous exhibition of photos in city (outdoor)

Probably new house so a lot of things missing - no ready garden, not soap in shower (yves rocher sample available), a lot of anoying wesps in terrace, no clue about fishing (offered in Booking), given contact on demand not working (pond closed), closed streets in city because of events (complicated access to accomandation)

Séjour idéal à la Bergerie

La Bergerie est un petit havre de paix et de bien-être. Tout est pensé pour que votre séjour soit réussi (décoration, environnement, services, personnel ...). Par ailleurs, la situation idéale de l'établissement permet de se rendre à pied au charmant village de La Gacilly. C'est avec plaisir que je séjournerai de nouveau dans cet appart-hôtel.
