The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming stone house for rent in Bains-sur-Oust. It has a floor area of 127 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor, you will find:
– A 50 m² living area with a TV, sofa, fireplace (firewood not provided) and dining area
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190).
– A separate toilet.
On the first floor, you will find:
– A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190).
– A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190).
– A bathroom with a bath.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
– A lovely 40 m² private, unfenced garden and a tiled courtyard, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The house is ideally situated in Bains-sur-Oust, in a very pleasant setting.
Things to do:
– Walks along the banks of the Vilaine and seaside activities at the Îles aux Pies.
– La Gacilly and the ‘Petites Cités de Caractère’ (Small Towns of Character), including Rochefort-en-Terre.
– The Forest of Brocéliande.
– The Carnac stone rows and the megaliths of Locmariaquer.
– The Guérande salt marshes.
– Loyat Castle and Boyac Manor.
– Nantes, Rennes and Guérande, about an hour away.
– Mont-Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo, about two hours away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Nearest railway station: Redon, about 20 minutes’ drive away.
– Nearest airports: Rennes or Nantes, about 1 hour’s drive away.
Other notes:
– Bed linen and towels are included.
– The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided.
– Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted. Please specify this when booking.
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
