Pagi Pagi villas

The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and we felt comfortable during our stay.

Although it’s not the hotel’s fault, the open air bar next door was quite loud at night, which was a bit disappointing.

We stayed at Pagi Pagi Villas in Krabi for New Year’s Eve and it was truly an amazing experience. The place itself is very charming, well maintained, and in a great location: close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, but at the same time away from the chaos, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the holiday. What really made the difference, though, were the people working there. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. As part of their New Year’s tradition, they organized a wonderful celebration with a special dinner, free massages during the day, and a final lottery in the evening. The New Year’s dinner was probably the best meal we had during our entire stay, absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Everything was thoughtfully organized and created such a warm, festive, and joyful atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to welcome the New Year. Highly recommended!

The location was great, right in the middle of everything. The scooter rental also went smoothly, and the scooter itself was in excellent condition. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to refill our water bottles at the reception, and the two additional bottles left in our room each day were a nice touch. The room had a ladder for hanging clothes and the bathroom had some additional shelves; a bit more storage space would have been ideal, but the room was spacious enough that keeping some things on the floor wasn’t an issue.

The bathroom wasn’t in the best condition. There was some mould on the walls and a bit of dust, nothing terrible, but it didn’t give a “spotless” impression. The curtains didn’t block the outside light, so for anyone sensitive to that, I’d recommend bringing something to cover your eyes.

I like the location, close enough to the beach, 7-11, good restaurants etc... and still quiet. I also like the way they have the rooms look like detached houses - feels like more privacy. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Some little touches like having free umbrella for guests, lighting the mosquito incents when it gets dark, provide free cup noodle and fruit for the first day or guests getting 10% off from the coffee shop across the street... are nice.

The decor inside the room is quite boring with the wall the colour of cement, made me feel like I was not on vacation :) The window does not have the mosquito net so I cannot open it. The mosquito net at the door was flimsy, I have to be very careful opening and closing it to avoid breaking it. There was no soap at the sink, perhaps if I asked they would provide, but it should be there. The towels and beddings are clean but a bit old, it's not fluffy anymore.

Staffs were very nice and could speak fluent English. Rooms were very clean. Very close to rental shops.

We spent 2 nights but unfortunately there were some problems with water and electricity on the 2nd night so there was no water and no AC, generator. Though I don't blame the villa for this as this happened all over krabi that day.

The easy access to all good restaurants, beaches, cafés and the space was a good value for money.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated, big comfy pillows, good location.

Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it was usable. The mattress was medium firm but not uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent. Close to some great restaurants, a short walk to the beach and the main strip of Ao Nang, but far enough away that you don't hear constant noise. The receptionists were very friendly and explained everything, and the property has some discounts at some local spots that are great!

Hosts greeted us with fresh fruit, took us to our room and explained everything, including that we could leave the air conditioning on while we were out! Comfortable quiet accommodations, yet close to the beaches, restaurants and 7/11. Really enjoyed having a place to sit outside our room, plus excellent air conditioning when the heat and humidity became unbearable. Every single staff person went out of their way to be friendly and to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We extended our stay an extra week because of them.

Great staff - very friendly and helpful

I wished I could extend more but, I have to go back to my home. Pagi Pagi Villas is the best budget-friendly and cute bungalow in Ao Nang, Krabi. It is also near the beach, and convenience store. I don't know how to ride a motorbike but if you do, they have bicycle and motorbike for rent too! Cheap price! I love the cats chilling near the patio. The hotel staffs are kind, and very accommodating. All perfect! Thank you guys!

The staff were extremely helpful. They had all sorts of facilities lined up including bike rentals and launch . The location was great and close to the main attractions of the city. Nice breakfast place across the street . The room gave you that sense of minimal design and very private since it looked like you had a little hut to your self.

The staff is amazing! Can’t say enough about the positive, cheerful, helpful staff. Rooms were comfy, as well as bed and pillows. Very clean, quiet. Nice sitting area outside rooms. As well as racks to dry clothes. Fruit plate awaiting once checked into room. Staff can arrange boat transfers, van to airport or activities, bikes etc. Good location off main road, easy walk to anywhere in Ao Nang. Lots of restaurants cafes etc close by. Great cafe across street.

The staff here is so lovely and helpful. They're always happy to help; their English is really good and they give great recommendations. Room is very clean, and aesthetic, although sometimes, a couple mosquitos can still sneak inside. The hotel is also within walking distance to the night market which offers great variety of local street food which I love.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the beach, so not super close but the area seems pretty safe even at night (I'm a solo female traveller - I sometimes took the GRAB taxi back for 50-60 THB from the beach).

Superfriendly staff! The venue is small-scale, and has an authentic vibe, a cozy place to hang out. But still only a few minutes walking distance from the beach and Ao nang road.

Customer service was outstanding! Location, cleanliness, etc all exceeded expectations.

The beds could be more comfortable.
