Very accessible from the main Commercial Street and also short walk (15 mins) from Ao Nang night market. Although it doesn’t have a restaurant, KoDam kitchen right opposite the hotel is a very popular restaurant. The restaurant has a huge waiting in the evenings.
The rooms were clean with adequate linens and towels for bath as well as separate ones for carrying to the beach or short excursions. The hotel arranges pick-ups and drops from the airport at THB 600( $20).
The villas heat up and the Air conditioning proves ineffective through the afternoon. The hotel staff recommends keeping air conditioning on by leaving the key card in (and taking the key with us), it still isn’t very effective. They’ve provided a Pedestal Fan, but it’s too slow to make an effect.

Staff was super friendly
The room was super loud - there is a bar just on top the music was super loud always at least till 23:30.
The bathroom was super smelly so we put the soap in the drain that the smell is not so bad but we could never leave the bathroom door open.
There are also squirrels in the ceiling nobody told us about so we were super scared and thought we das an animal in the bathroom.

Great location and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Super convenient to walk to beaches and restaurants/entertainment. Rented a scooter here as well, super easy. I would stay again. My room was very quiet, was at the back of the property B9.
