The apartment location and suite felt very safe and the AC was great. Apartment set up allows for rest area and sleep area, and the kitchen had essential cooking items if guests want. Location is near coffee shops to start the day and easy to get to public transportation. Close to major attractions or meet up points for day trips.

Slightly complicated to get in late at night (for security so it is a worthwhile complication), but once it’s figured out the first time it is no issue. Also, the light that comes through the frosted window in the shower area, especially at 2am when guests come back can be rather disruptive to sleep. An eye mask would solve it if you’re willing to sleep with that though.

Location - within walking distance from a number of places of interest & city centre

1. Although I asked for an early check in, I understood the property’s policy for not accepting that. I was wondering for three hours nearby with all my luggage only to arrive there at 15:00 (check in time) to find out the appartment was not ready. The cleaning lady who was very nice, apologised, as she was just starting to clean up the place. I did not get in until one hour later at 15:58. This was very unpleasant and unprofessional from the property’s management, considering I left my country at 07:00 in the morning. A simple apology would not make any difference because you have such a strict policy about early check in. 2. The corridor’s light sensor was not working during my stay and since my apartment was the last one in the corridor, it was very difficult to get in (re door lock - keys). Thank god for mobile telephones. 3. The apartment’s WiFi was very very weak with only one signal line on. In the corridor it was a bit stronger and this could be attributable to the apartment being the last one in the corridor. Nevertheless, I could not use my computer at all and my mobile telephone was losing the weak signal very often. This was a big minus since there are no other facilities or common areas at all in the property. The place is very good only for sleepover, nothing else. There are no staff on site, the only person I saw during my 5-day stay was the cleaning lady and that was only one time, upon my arrival as mentioned above. 4. Another big minus for the apartment is that it has not even a small storage room to keep your luggage for a few hours since check out is at 11:00. I was aware of that, to be honest, but the management response that there are plenty of luggage store lockers near the area is a bit misleading. They sent me a company’s site with such lockers but the nearest one is close Omomoia’s metro which I wouldn’t call it near if you carry more than one luggage.
