Excellent communication with the owner, always ready to offer support even at midnight time. Comfortable beds and they brought a new sofa bed during our stay, which was also comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed for our stay. For what we were missing, like tea and oil, we could easily find in the grocery stores close to the residence.
Noise from the outside, but this is the Exarcheia neighbourhood, and this is common in this area, as we understood.

Modern flat, high ceiling, spacious, easy and clear check-in , good value for money
A lot of basics missing in the kitchen (soap, salt, pepper, towels, wine glasses, etc), no plug in the bathroom. Window isolation is practically inexistant, you can hear everything from the street (both bedrooms give on the street). Bring your earplugs
