I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. While the apartment itself was complete and well located, the level of customer service for check in and information left a lot to be desired.
I reached out via email and agoda chat with a few important questions prior to my stay, and it took some time to receive a response. Nevertheless, they were kind enough to grant an early check in. On the arrival day no information was provided, no check in codes or alike, I wrote them several chats via Agoda and also emails and ended up having to drop them a call. According to them they had received the reservation via Booking instead of Agoda, and had provided the information on time in the booking chat m. However, the early check in confirmation had been sent via Agoda. A complete disaster that left us waiting for 3h.
Eventually, they managed to share the information but the access code was incorrect, again we had to reach them out to solve it.
In the hospitality industry, communication and service should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, not sure who to blame Agoda or the firm managing the apartments.
