    Please be aware of this issue when booking this hotel. I booked the hotel through Agoda, and the listing clearly stated that the room would have a bathtub. However, when I arrived and checked into the room, there was no bathtub. I spoke to the hotel staff about this, but they told me that they were not responsible for the information shown on the Agoda website and that I would have to pay extra if I wanted a room with a bathtub. The hotel has not offered any solution or refund, even though the room does not match what was advertised on Agoda. I also cannot simply leave the hotel because I would lose the money I have already paid. I would strongly recommend being careful when booking this hotel, especially if having a bathtub is important to you. Please check directly with the hotel before making a reservation, as the information provided on Agoda may not match the actual room.

    Beautiful room, clea room and close to city centre. Breakfast was nice, woul have been nice if more fresh local fruit. Definitly would stay again

    A wonderful hotel. Clean, tidy and comfortable with great staff. Finally a room with near - quiet air conditioning that actually kept the room cool. Very comfy bedding inc pillows. Fantastic location in the centre of Glasgow!

    I certainly I expected more given the price and “4 star” label. I thought it was a basic 3 star hotel with mediocre facilities. The breakfast was also very disappointing, ie a basic and budget spread, and we always had to wait for the staff to top up the food as there was never enough.
