The Accommodation
This 105 m² house, enclosed by a private garden, features a covered terrace, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a study space.
The property is fully air-conditioned, with independent thermostats in the living area and each bedroom.
Bedroom 1: Opening onto the terrace, featuring a double bed (160×200) and a walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Fitted with 2 single beds (90×200) and a wardrobe.
Bathroom: Fitted with both a shower and a bathtub.
Guest Access
The house and its private garden are entirely at your disposal.
Note: The garage is reserved for our personal storage.

To ensure you receive the warmest welcome, our partner concierge team (your co-host) schedules check-ins by appointment from 3:00 PM onwards. Please let us know your preferred time slot as soon as possible after booking.

Double room: Bed linen and towels for the main double bed are directly included in your booking.
Single beds (90 cm): Bed linen and towels available on request (beds made upon arrival) for €15 per bed.
EV Charging: On-site electric vehicle charging available at €0.25/kWh (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure).
Groceries & Special Requests: On request (quote provided), we can stock your groceries prior to arrival or accommodate any bespoke requirements.
