Atlantic coast, in Chatelaillon-plage, seaside resort located 7 Kms from La Rochelle, close to Rochefort, the islands of Aix, Oléron, Fort-Boyard....
The town of Chatelaillon-plage offers you its thalassotherapy, its casino, its hyppodrome, its aquatic centre (water at 29° all year round), offers many and diverse activities. You will also discover a 3 km beach of fine sand, fishing on foot, oyster beds....
You will be received in a pleasant single-storey house, without vis-à-vis, fenced of 80 m², 2/6 people, completely renovated, bright, ideally located 250 m from the sea, in a quiet area, close to the market and shops, you can do everything on foot or by bike (cycle path passes in front of the house),
The whole is composed of: - a kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster......).
- a living room
- a summer lounge (non-convertible sofa, TV)
- a bedroom: (bed of 140, wardrobe, )
- a second bedroom: (1 bunk bed, 1 bed 140, 1 wardrobe, etc.).
- a shower room, a separate toilet.
- Baby equipment. (high chair, cot, bathtub)
