About this house rental
Single-storey house completely renovated, classified 4 stars for 4 people by Charentes Tourisme. Ideally located facing the ocean, within walking or cycling distance of the beaches, the aquatic center, the thalasso, the port of Boucholeurs and Châtelaillon-Plage and the pond of La Rosière (150-800 m).
The house of 52 m² facing south is composed of an equipped kitchen, a dining room/living room and two bedrooms. The bright bathroom has a 140 cm shower and an 80 cm sink. For your comfort, the toilets equipped with a washbasin are separate. The housing gate provides access to the private courtyard with furniture (table, lounge, parasols) and outdoor cooking appliance.
The different quality bedding options allow you to bring together up to 4 people. You have a first bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a second with two 80x200 cm beds that can be connected. Linen is provided, beds are made on arrival and end of stay cleaning is included in the rental. Wifi is free (fiber optic). For owners of electric vehicles, charging stations (accelerated and fast) are located 230 m from the house

L'appartement est comme neuf et très bien équipé. Tout est mis à disposition des locataires. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. L'endroit est calme malgré une petite route côtière.
