About this house rental
Come and discover Normandy in our spacious house with all comfort independent for 8 people only 10 minutes from Etretat and 6 minutes from the beach. Its location allows quick access to Le Havre (20 min), Fécamp, Honfleur (40 min), Deauville, Trouville... Its large fully enclosed garden with large heated swimming pool (open from May to September) will delight young and old alike.
On the first floor:
- south-facing living room with access to terrace,
- open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee makers and filters...) on the dining room,
- living room with TV,
- bathroom (washbasin, bathtub and walk-in shower),
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
- separate toilets
- a room with washing machine, water point and iron
Upstairs:
- a bedroom with two single beds of 90x190,
- a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a trundle bed (160x190 open for two people or 80x190 for one person)
- a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
Outside you will find a large fully enclosed garden of 1000m2 with south facing terrace, garden table and chairs, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol.
A large outdoor parking lot
The entire plot is fully enclosed, access is through an electric gate.
Key box possible for a more flexible arrival and/or departure.
Bed linen is included in the price, beds are made on arrival.
Towels are optional (inquire with the owners)
Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed but do not have access to the first floor or the first floor bedroom.
Charging station (with the owner's agreement).
During your stay, you can enjoy the services of a sports coach who offers different activities outdoors or in the water: longe-côte, water aerobics and swimming lessons for children in the pool of the house, hiking, Nordic match... On reservation, rates on request.
In winter, the heating is set to 20 degrees, 18 at night. Parties are not allowed. The accommodations are non-smoking.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning villa. The property was spotless on arrival and exceeded our expectations. Our host, Vanessa, was amazing – friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.The facilities were brilliant and kept everyone entertained, from the pool and table tennis to badminton and the various garden games. The BBQ station and outdoor patio furniture made our evenings especially enjoyable, creating the perfect setting for relaxing meals together.Having stayed in several villas across France, we can honestly say this has been our favourite to date. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable holiday.Thank you, Vanessa, for making our stay so special!

Lovely property with a great garden for the children.
The pool was good - shame the weather wasn't.
Would have liked to be a bit nearer to a village but we had a great stay. Thank you Vanessa.

We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa’s property which had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable but well located for exploring the galleries of Le Havre and Étretat. We had plenty of communication with Vanessa who was most accommodating about arrival & departure timing. We would happily stay there again.
