Viihtyisä ja turvallinen pihapiiri, ystävällinen ja avulias isäntä ja emäntä, rantasauna ja uintipaikka. Asunto väljä ja siisti, näkymät kolmeen suuntaan. Sijainti. Soutuvenekin oli tarjolla.
Wc/ kylpyhuone rakennuksen iäelle ominaisen niukka.

Kaunis ulkoalue pihalla
Wc oli pieni ja siellä turhaa oli pesualtaan alla oleva allaskaappi joka vaikeutti wc pöntöllä istumista. Parempi olisi poistaa kaappi ja kääntää jo nyt heiluva wc istuin sivuttain niin että mahtuu istumaan jalat suorina suljetun oven taakse.
