Sijainti loistava keskellä kaupunkia lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Olavinlinnasta. Auton sai maksuttomaan parkkiin. Ikkunat sisäpihalle, joten oli rauhallista nukkua. Hyvät tyynyt.
Hinta-laatusuhde oli heikko suhteellisen vaatimattomasta kellarihuoneesta. Majoituksen hinta oli korkea oletetavasti siksi, että kaupunki oli täynnä oopperavieraita. Hintaan ei sisältynyt edes aamupalaa, eikä televisiota. Wifi ei toiminut, vaikka se kuului vakiovarukseen. Oli vähän pöytätilaa omille tavaroille. Taulu oli pöydällä, koska se oli jäänyt kiinnittämättä seinään. Saavuttuamme oli vaikeuksia päästä sisälle ulko-ovesta ovikoodilla, koska puhelimeen tullut ohjeistus oli puutteellinen. Ei kerrottu, että sininen avainperä olisi pitänyt viedä oven vieressä olevan näppäimistön päälle, että ovi olisi avautunut. Se selvisi vasta soitettuamme hotellin päivystykseen.
