The property is practical and well decorated and has an excellent location
No ventilation system in the shower, as it is on the street it is a bit noisy although it is located on a small street. I visited in August.

La ubicación en el centro de Colmar. El apartamento está bien equipado
El apartamento está en la planta baja y por la falta de intimidad (el interior se ve desde la calle) y el ruido del bar de al lado no se puede abrir la ventana ni la persiana. Estuvimos en verano, y esto es un tema también por la temperatura

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2mns du Centre de Colmar tout en étant dans une rue assez calme.
Le lit était confortable et les équipements largement suffisants, n'ayant séjurné qu'une seule nuit.
Rien à signaler, tout était très bien et convenait parfaitement à nos attentes.

The location was right next to the Maison Pfister (in the city center), and it was super convenient. The place was really clean, and lots of kitchen facilities were provided.
I wasn't aware that the room was located on ground level. As the bed was located right next to the window, you could hear people walking in and out of the building and past the window quite clearly.
