Great spot for the tennis center where we needed to be. Walking distance. House has great outdoor light and pretty scenery. Kitchen well stocked and beautiful. Would stay again

The house was very well appointed and had everything I needed for my stay. Elisabeth was an excellent communicator and was extremely easy to work with. I would absolutely book this place again should I be back in town.

PROS: If you're coming for Indian Wells Tournament, you couldn't be closer, the parking lot is literally across the street. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/living room area was well remodeled. Elisabeth was probably the best property agent I've dealt with - extremely communicative and responsive, which makes me feel bad to say the rest, but I feel the need to be honest:
CONS: The peak prices we paid made it hard to swallow the dingy bathrooms, strange smell, shoddy front/back door & exterior and steady stream of loud, rumbling trucks at night. There's also no blinds/privacy in the back that is all glass so you are exposed to neighbors/common area out back.
Maybe at non-peak dates/a lower price it would be worth it, but I'd pick a different place next time. I really wanted to like it but ultimately it was the disappointing value for the money paid that made me choose 3 stars.
