Incredible views from every room, especially the master in this immaculate, clutter free modern home. Inside Indian Wells County Club in a super quiet cul-de-sac, cove setting with the mountains in your backyard. Mid Century furnishings, limestone floors & Italian glass tile. Phone entry system into the private pool & hot tub in the front (pool baby gates if requested). Private backyard with a small putting green, fire pit & natural gas BBQ. Fireplace & Plasma TV's in the living room and in all the bedrooms. Movie channels, surround sound, DVD, IPOD, stereo & cable music. House sound speakers in master bedrooms guest rooms & throughout the house, including front & back yards. Always fresh linens, duvet covers, bath mats and plush Simmons Beautyrest mattresses in all bedrooms. Across the street (golf car ride away) is the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and 'IW Club' with two championship 18 hole golf courses, restaurants and bars.

The home and location were excellent for tennis, close to other family. It was very comfortable for all of us - at peak there were four of us and very comfortable along with our dogs.

Delightfully restored mid-century home in top location of Indian Wells. Location is perfect for Desert visits of all kinds. Host is great. We truly enjoyed our time.

Upon arrival place was not clean. Codes for entry didn’t work. Although contract was correct property manager thought we were coming next day. Owned up to mistake and offered both apology and lodging for night. Unfortunate but mistakes happen. Pictures on listing flatter house. Linens ( towels) were minimal and old. Kitchen was not stocked with adequate number of stemware/cocktail glasses for six people.
Outdoor furniture minimal and tired. Heater fir pool and spa broken and did not heat for close to half of our month long stay. Space is good. Property manager very responsive but wonder when the last time owner assessed the status of the house. Would not recommend or stay again.
