For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.
For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.
House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.
Interaction with Guests
Guests have complete access to our home. Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.

The Villa was fantastic, very clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed plus some. I wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities of the community but what we were able to enjoy was wonderful. The home is well equipped, beds and bedding are comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home for our stay in the desert. We will be back for sure!
