Legacy Villas at La Quinta - Luxurious Mountainside Oasis Adjacent to the famed La Quinta Resort and Club
Cozy Retreat Close to Clubhouse - Upper (Sleeps 6).
Our beautifully furnished villas feature 10ft. ceilings and 1300 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Kohler fixtures, high end linens and towels, and scenic views create a spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.
The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies or patios, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual king master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and two fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.
Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including two lap pools, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, social room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.
For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the famed La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, two Pete Dye championship golf courses, and tennis courts for rent.
Other things to Note
Main Renter booking the Villa must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.
House Rules
No smoking and no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For Coachella/Stagecoach, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.

The unit was spacious and comfortable. My brother had one bedroom and I had the other. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioning system was very loud and actually woke me up a couple of times! I have a big pick up truck which I found challenging to park at night( the garage that came with the unit was too small.) The location was fabulous based on where our friends lived and where there private golf courses were located. The pools and hot tubs were almost private and much appreciated after the hot weather and all the golf.
