Relatively new building

- Although i paid fully in advance through booking, they sent me a message requesting 50% payment in an account to guarantee the reservation. Of course, I did not pay. - the room was very hot, so when we left for dinner we let the AC run to cool the room. When we returned, we noticed that the owner entered the room and remove the card to stop the AC. Considering the kWh price and time, the owner saved a total of 0.2EUR. I would suggest to raise the price by 2 EUR/day and allow the guests to use it. - there is only one AC in the living room/ kitchen. So if you need to cool the bedroom you must leave the door open

Wonderful stay at a very nice apartment

The hosts were very nice The apartments are modern, exactly like in the pictures on booking, the furniture is new and well fitted The apartments are cleaned every day, and the bedsheets and towels are changed every 3 days The apartment has a nice view towards the beach (it's in the second line, but from the second floor you can see the sea) There is a big clean courtyard with olive trees The kitchen had enough plates and glasses

the kitchen lacked some utensils, like a spatula for the frying pan, a good knife, some teaspoons. Also there were only 2 cups, and when all 3 of us wanted coffee or tea, we had to use a glass (that's not very ok, because they're not for hot beverages) There's a step when you go out of the apartment, before the stairs, that's not properly marked, and all 3 of us fell down and had knee or ankle pain for 2 days. We asked the hosts to do something about that. Hopefully they'll mark it somehow. Especially before noon when the sun is shining towards the apartment doors you can't see that step

These apartments are excellent for their price. There's a great secluded pebble beach nearby, but be cautious as you'll need special footwear due to the many sea urchins at the water's entrance. Close to the hotel, there's a wonderful tavern with seafood. I highly recommend coming to the hotel by your own car or a rented one.

Sometimes when the air conditioner was turned on, the lights in the room may start to flicker.

Apartment was really nice! It contains two rooms, one bedroom and one livingroom. We were working from home and the internet connection was very good. Location is great, just 1 minute from the beach. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Totally recommend!

Linistit si confortabil, la cativa pasi de plaja

Aproape de plaja si de doua taverne dragute situate pe plaja. Intr-o seara a fost muzica live. Plaja cu pietris la mal apoi cu nisip fin, si nu foarte adanca, fetele noastre de 5 si 7 ani s-au balacit in voie. Camera curatata zilnic, parcare garantata la poarta locatiei, linistit si confortabil, balcon mare.

Aceasta cazare a fost o foarte mare dezamagire!! Nu ne asteptam la asa ceva ptr 420 de euro 3 nopti de cazare. In primul rand cand am intrat pe usa doar ce se terminase “ curatenia “. Un miros insuportabil de ceva clor amestecat cu neaerisit. Pe jos plin de par, scame, floci. Prosoape patate, plase de tantari rupte, pete pe gresie, chiuveta de la baie cazuta intr-o parte, doamna de acolo am chemat sa vada si a zis ca-i no problem, asa e ea. faianta la bucatarie cu urme scurse. Foarte dezamagita ptr banii platit. Am sters cu igienol pe jos. Un mare nu! Inteleg ca este statiunea aglomerata dar asa ceva la banii acestia este inadmisibil.
