Nightmare hotel

Do yourself a favour and don’t book this place. Nothing good about it. Not as advertised.

The owner was extremely rude, place was dirty, air conditioning blowing hot air not cold, constant sewage smell, broken shower unit, no hot water, dirty linen, banister on balcony very wobbly and unsafe, dirty toilet and so much more. Owner was unwilling to send someone even to clean the toilet considering that we only just arrived and was supposed to be clean.

Would not recommend

Bathroom was not clean and had drainage issues when showering. TV was not working (not that we needed it, but just noticed). AC was just blowing air, not getting the room cold. Wasp infestation prevented taking a relaxing breakfast (included in the price).

It’s was okay, nothing spectacular. The island itself is great, with a lot of great things to see and do.

The location of the property is really good, you can easily move around and explore the island or just sit back at the beach in front of the accommodation.

Breakfast was a hustle, there were too many bees in order to eat okay, even though we got from the staff smoking coffee.

Not worth the money

I did not like anything over there

A/C, food for breakfast finishes at 09:00 am instead of 10:00 am. Bed sheets were dirty. The bathroom is too small. No reception; my keys were left on the table when we arrived, and nobody told us. We couldn't get a refund two weeks before check-in. Kids screaming at 08:00 am. Too many bees on our food. Old furniture. We couldn't boil water for coffee.

quiete and calm holiday

In general, it was a pleasant price-performance place, it had its own beach within 3 minutes walking distance, in general, there were deficiencies because the season was just opened, but Nina's hospitality and trying to solve everything was pleased. At the point of cleanliness, there are no minor deficiencies, we stayed for one night, but I think it would be more beneficial to go in the middle or towards the end of the season for long-term stays.

Booked 3 nights €400 odd and paid via booking . Com then get message from the hotel saying we’re closed so we put you 4 miles away. Booking . Com only refunded me €19. This is theft / fraud as selling a product not available so avoid this place as still listed as open and taking money and avoid booking . Com as they will not help me and bank not charging back my money

Home atmosphere

I stay in Marti several times this year and it become my best place on Thassos. I feel like at home. The team is friendly, they have rich breakfast with good coffee that I like drink on the terrace. Has parking and is quite.

Timeless place for imagined vacation

This place is timeless and is made for a real holiday. It is green, has much space for kids to play and the parents can have a drink and enjoy the holiday also. Rooms are very clean, has daily housekeeping. Pool is good also, the beach is not big , and this is perfect, because the water is very clean and is very quite so you can listen the song of the waves.

The location is amazing! The food is absolutely perfect! The beach is just across the street, and it's perfect! We pretty much had the beach all for ourselves and the experience was amazing. The hosts were amazing as well. 10\10

Theodora deserves 10 stars!

Theodora was very kind, and helpful. She was running the whole place on her own and could not help us enough, she was very professional and run around trying to make our stay wonderful. This girl deserves credit and a bonus!

We booked a weekend trip away here with intentions of spending our time by the pool side, which we could not do, due to the pool being empty... Apart from that, everything was great!

Amazing place, fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff

The accommodation is really nice, the staff very friendly and always attentive. The view from the balcony amazing and the garden and private beach are very nice arranged. The breakfast was fabulous and always something different. A big big like for how they treat their customers.

The area is not really in Skala Sotiros and the closest shop is at 1 km away, but otherwise is really a quiet and nice place to stay.

Otel odası çok pisti otelde 6 gece konaklamama rağmen kötü yorum yazdığım için otele gelmediği için rezervasyonunuz iptal edildi mesajı aldım bu da nekadar ciddiyetsiz ve yalan dolan bir yer olduğunu açıkça gösteriyor otelde tüm kötü olanaklara rağmen konakladım otelde kamera varsa kamera kayıtlarından 103 numaralı odaya gelip gittiğim konakladığım ve otelde konaklamama ait kendi videolarım kanıt olarak bulunmaktadır istendiğinde delil olarak sunabilirim 6 gece konakladım 2 kişi olarak Google da otel hakkında yaptım yazdıktan sonra booking de rezervasyonunuz gelmediğiniz içşn iptal edildi mesajı geldi bu yalan ve asılsızdır maşesef bu rezil otelde 6 gece konakladım ve bu sabah saat 7:15 de otelden ayrılış yaptım kamera kayıtlarından bilgiler kontrol edilebilir

Praticamente niente, non vedevamo l'ora di andare a cercare altre località

Tutto, dalla consegna delle lenzuola con i buchi alla mancanza di pulizia nella stanza. Non c'erano neppure i cestini per la raccolta delle bottiglie che abbiamo dovuto lasciare in camera. Peggio ancora la colazione che abbiamo "diviso" con decine di api e vespe. Infine i gestori, sembravano essere loro in vacanza e non a lavorare. In Italia una struttura del genere verrebbe chiusa dall'Asl dopo due ore. Ultima una nota a Booking, mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, ma qualche volta sarebbe utile che la società controllasse meglio chi sostiene. Naturalmente da buon italiano, ho fatto decine di foto per non essere smentito
