Nice place for large groups or families

Loved having the pool and many outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy our stay, it’s a nice place for large groups. Also the host was very lovely and helpful and the price was really low compared to any other accomodations we found in the area.

We weren’t really pleased with the cleanliness of the place when we arrived and during the week we found a lot of ants in the house. Also it is quite far from either Puerto Banus and Marbella, we only went into town by our own cars or Uber/Bolt.

Esta casa es una ruina: todo viejo, estropeado, y carísima

El jardín y la ubicación

La casa está en un estado de mantenimiento pésimo. Está vieja, muy mal aislada, las puertas casi podridas de viejas, la instalación eléctrica dañada y anticuada, se nos fue la luz en una habitación durante más de 24 horas. Saltaron los plomos generales. Las ventanas súper viejas. En las fotos no se aprecia lo antigua y el mal estado de conservación de la casa. En la planta baja, la puerta no cerraba. Tienes q salir de la casa para bajar a la planta de abajo. Abajo hay un olor a humedad en las habitaciones, que es insano. Lleno de hormigas. Y la cocina principal, pensada solo para verano, ya que está abierta al porche del jardín. En fin, muy decepcionante y nada aconsejable. Carísima para lo que recibimos.

Buen chalet para descansar en familia tranquilos

Muy bien equipada de menaje y utensilios. Aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente. Camas cómodas. Disponibilidad inmediata de Violeta y su marido para cualquier cosa que precisamos

La vivienda tiene unos años y demanda una reforma para ser una villa luxury. Con sofás y armarios ocurre lo mismo. Se nota q están muy usados.
