Amazing view, comfortable and spacious apartment.
A little rough around the edges, e.g. balcony was unusable, plumbing a bit dodgy.

You do need car to drive into Dartmouth the road gradient is steep if you want to walk. Take a lot of Change £7.00 gets you 4 hours you can join online parking app.
The toilet brush was rusty and should have been changed did not look hygienic and the bathroom cleaning products was very poor we had to buy bleach and sponge for the toilet, Only one toilet roll, the welcome pack was on the poor side compared to other holiday homes we have visited. We believe we left the flat cleaner than we found.
On arrival the next visitor should be warned the key box in not near the front door but by the pulled down emergency ladder to the right of the door.
