Nice little place. Don’t bank of having AC

the grounds were beautiful, friendly staff, on-site cats, great views, perfect location.

Air conditioning worked at about 3% it was stifling in the room except for about 3 hours in the middle of the night. Front desk said because it was so hot outside. We’re pretty sure it was due to it being old and needing to be replaced. Filter looked like it had never been cleaned or replaced. Made the room unuseable for most of our stay :(

All in all a good place to stay.

Breakfast was OK, but pretty basic. Basically cold cereal, some papaya, yogurt, bottled orange juice. The room I stayed in was very nice, with a great view of the mountains from my balcony. Nice outdoor seating area at the entrance of the property. Good Wi-Fi. Note: Most of the rooms do not have a balcony or view.

From an ecological point of view, I did not like that the water they provided was in small plastic bottles. I'm not sure what they can do about this. Perhaps invest in a good water filtration system and store the water in reusable bottles? My other complaint was with the barking dogs in the neighborhood, especially at night. I don't think anything can be done about that - Mexico is a very noisy country! Suggest travelers bring good earplugs or a noise cancelling device.

This place has Potential

The staff were really friendly and kind. my room was very comfortable , clean and hot water. Bed was nice.

Although the room was nice , the location of the room was not. I was on the ground floor between the reception area and the staff laundry kitchen area. I had to listen to two groups parting and talking Tom midnight and they were 50 feet from my door. There is construction on the property and thus it wasn’t quiet. The breakfast was a very average continental style. You had to microwave the coffee and only sugary cereals.

Super tiny bathroom, but good view, location, and parking.

Location is great as it is in the entrance of the city so easy to get to driving yet only a few blocks from the zocalo. Good parking with secure lot next door. Great mountain view. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom was super tiny, not even a powder room sized. There are tons of narrow stairs. Breakfast is very much lacking.

What a perfect little gem! Provided everything we needed. Clean and comfortable, pet friendly and with secure off road parking, so close to town. All the staff were lovely and we were so happy and relaxed here. Thank you.

Tiny, family owned, hotel very close to the main attractions in Tepoztlán. Breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, coffee. Walking distance from main attractions and very friendly hosts.

La habitación estuvo perfecta, excelente vista, todo limpio, el servicio de cafetería excelente. La persona que nos recibió muy amable.

Dos veces nos quedamos sin agua. En la mañana que baje a recepción para avisar que no había agua no había nadie. Creo que no debería quedarse sola la recepción porque una emergencia y no hay nadie que pueda ayudar. El costo de la habitación cambio cuando llegamos al hotel. No fue el mismo que en Booking

Me encanto la amabilidad de las persona que nos recibió, muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Las Habitaciones muy confortables.

Que a mi me toco la Hab Luna y por estar justo detrás de la recepción y junto a las escaleras, hay algo de ruidos. afortunadamente a mis hijas les asignaron la Arco Iris y la pasaron muy agusto.

Tiene buena ubicación, recepción 24 horas, tiene buena vista y aceptan mascotas.

En el mensaje inicial dicen que aceptan todas las tarjetas de crédito y no es cierto. Te piden efectivo o transferencia. El baño de mi cuarto tenía una fuga de agua, llegué y había un charco de agua y cuando me levanté también hubo otro charco. Los muebles y el lugar en general está muy descuidado. Definitivamente muy caro para lo que ofrecen, nunca me volvería a quedar.

No hubo desayuno,el baño y la cama sensacional la vista muy buena.....

Que no hubiera un "botones" para ayudar con maletas,que no hay servicio de restaurante ni bar y que sillones de la terraza estuvieran destrozados en su acabado,el a.a.no obedece controles sin embargo enfría bien ,una línea telefónica de cuartos a recepcion no hubo.
