We enjoyed the room, the private patio with a view of the mountains, and the restaurant on the premises.
It was at the center of everything. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants.
The second bed was a loft with a ladder.

Very nice rooms and very comfy
Great room, great view, great location. The room services was also very good.
The jacuzzi wasn't hot and its heating system broke the next the so we couldn't use it at all. The staff did all they can to help us though.

rooms are beautiful and very well thought. staff is extra friendly and accommodating. we’ll be coming back for sure.
This is the standard throughout tepoztlan and not really a negative of the hotel, but wifi is not high speed. something to consider if you’re planing to be working remotely

Our stay was seamless and the staff and accommodation were perfect.
We were well taken care of and if we had any questions or needs they were addressed.
The location is central and perfect. The restaurant is great and our room was lovely.
