Good location but needs a big upgrade in cleanliness and linens… and an exterminator.

Great location and comfortable sized property.

We saw a mouse running around in the kitchen, so lack of hygiene was a concern for us. The linen was extremely outdated. In the living room, the rug was very dirty and the sofas and chairs had visible stains on them.

1- broken fridge leaked and ruined our food 2- uncomfortable beds 3- toaster isn’t working 4- WiFi doesn’t work 5- dishwasher doesn’t drain

I think we would have been better off renting from a local Tahoe company .

Great location. Market nearby as well as a 5-10 min car ride to Tahoe City. Loved being on the North Shore. Maintenance person Bryson was an absolute gem. He brought us fans to cool the place off as it got very warm (no AC)

Interior of house definitely needed a make over. Everything was very dated: decor, furniture, kitchen things, etc. Had a problem with Vacasa getting someone out to fix the TV remote (we couldn't use the TV at all) - took 2 days to get someone to come out as they were short staffed. They did say they would credit us for those days - having a large company off site like Vacasa definitely made it difficult to ensure the response time.
