With its tranquil setting, this property provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of your daily life. Venture out to discover a wide variety of local attractions including Magic Carpet Golf, the Squaw Valley Resort, Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park, and Tahoe Vista Recreation Area and Boat Launch, all within 10 miles of your door.
Step inside and you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting interior with features and ceilings of golden knotty pine. The open-concept living area boasts comfortable seating, a TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and a rustic stone fireplace creating a cozy ambiance on chilly Tahoe nights. Prepare all your favorite treats and full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and then gather to dine or play board games at the nearby table.
One of the standout features of this property are the front and rear decks as well as the upper level balcony, where you can take in breathtaking forest views and enjoy al fresco dining or your morning coffee.
This home also includes a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your next vacation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
