Location is great, close to town and right across from the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked. Service was impressive and a nice touch, the towels were thick, and the sheets were comfortable. Trailway outside the community is beautiful if you have bikes to ride it’s a really nice thing to do. we’ve stayed in this community before it’s quiet people are very nice and it’s a good place for vacation

The apartment was well equipped, clean, and convenient to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and gym every day. We also enjoyed taking our dogs for walks around the community. Everyone was welcoming and it was very peaceful. We will be back!

There are things that were nice. The apartment is well lit & large (for my needs) and bright and airy. The soaking tub was a nice surprise. The place was only surface clean. The older kitchen sink faucet had gunk around the base. The washing machine had a strong mildew smell. The underneath of furniture was not cleaned as I found when my dog crawled around and got covered in debris. Most importantly, my dog found and chewed an ant bait trap that had been placed under the sofa. I had to call poison control and spend an evening talking with a vet and giving my dog a home remedy to get the toxins out of his system safely. I asked the property manager to reimburse me the $85 vet fee, given there shouldn’t be any bait in a rental that permits pets (!) and they ignored me.
Also for those in the 21st century, I was surprised that the tv had basic cable and no streaming devices - not even anything that you could input your own services. It reminded me of being at my grandmother’s house. (I imagine the rental notice advices this and I just didn’t pay attention. I just assumed everyone had some sort of streaming these days.) I suggest bringing your own towels and maybe sheets. The towels they provide are very low end, not soft, and no hand towels. Sheets were better. I liked that they provided hand soap at every sink, dishwasher packs (3) and laundry detergent packs (3). And kitchen had salt pepper and all you’d expect in a rental kitchen.
