Enjoy both beaches- only four blocks to Stockley St. Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, less than 2 miles to Dewey Beach, and only .5 miles to Rehoboth Ave. Pedestrian-friendly stroll over Turtle Bridge to the beach! You could also rent a bike from multiple bike shops and cruise to Lewes Beach using the Junction Breakwater Trail. Enjoy the tax-free Tanger Outlets about 1 mile from the townhome w/ easy access to Rt. 1.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two cars.
AMENITIES: Enclosed sunroom, outdoor shower, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and checkout.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking! No cable TV, just streaming services.

Worked well overall for our week. Really easy check in, well stocked kitchen, etc. We biked to the beach which was great. Only challenges- the ‘sunroom’ isn’t really a sunroom and there is no outdoor space to sit. And if you have older or taller kids, the beds in the twin rooms may be too short.

This place was a great size for our party. Location is a little far from the beach. Also one toilet ran all the time and the microwave didn’t work. But clean and quiet.
