This single-story, free-standing beach cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Enter the main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room is an inviting space with comfortable seating, lovely art work, smart flat screen TV (stream content with your own accounts) and WiFi. A slider from the living room leads to the deck, sandy dunes and beach beyond.
The dining table seats four and the renovated galley kitchen is nicely equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffeemaker, farmhouse kitchen and new counter tops.
Just off the living room is the bathroom with shower.
Both of the two cozy bedrooms have queen beds. The bedroom off the kitchen has a convenient in-unit stacked washer/dryer.
This comfortable cottage has three window air conditioner units--one in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms.
Enjoy the exclusive-use fenced-in yard and patio at the front of the cottage with outdoor dining table and gas grill. The exclusive-use space at the back of the cottage includes a deck and sandy area with seating and lounge chairs and an enclosed outdoor shower. Relax and take in beautiful Cape Cod Bay views, shimmering sunsets and Provincetown's dazzling lights.
The beach is less than 400 feet away down a path from the property. Spend the day at the beach sunbathing, swimming, kayaking or beachcombing.
Parking for two cars only. Guests are not permitted to park trailers, boats, RVs, campers, etc. on the property.
The property is conveniently located on the shuttle route into Provincetown. Leave you car in the parking lot and head into Provincetown for a day and/or evening of fun at the town's many restaurants, galleries, shops, night clubs and museums. All the best of Truro is only a short drive away including golf, restaurants, tours of Highland Lighthouse and wine tasting at Truro Vineyards. Short drive to National Seashore beaches, biking and hiking trails and sites.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

The property is well taken care of and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with new appliances. Location is beautiful!! The beds were sooo comfortable.

This was a wonderful property for our small family (2 parents and a four year old)! The house was very clean and well stocked with just enough necessities, but not overkill (it is so nice to rent a house and not need to bring or spend tons of money on cleaning supplies that will only be used for a week!) ACs in every room were also appreciated, and not always needed due to the wonderful cross breezes that could be achieved by opening the windows and using the provided fans. The outdoor shower was fantastic, as was the fenced-in front of the property and grill area - which came with an extra backup propane tank, yet another little touch that was so great. The grill is on the small side as grills go but very clean and easy to use.
The small community was a mix of renters and owners who were all so friendly - this house was arguably the best unit in the community based on location. The community's beach access does run along the side and back of the property, so there was some expected foot traffic on weekend days, but it felt so quiet, private and secluded on weekdays. Trash pickup 2-3x per week was also a huge plus!
Interior was no frills and clean with ample storage, every kitchen tool you need, and two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds. We brought our own linens as they are not provided. So great to have in unit washer/dryer! Also brooms and vacuums made it easy to clean up tracked sand. WiFi was reliable and the smart tv had access to every app you might wish to log into.
The beach was a short walk away, but just far enough that it felt very safe for our young child to play in the sandy area out back, which was so fun for her. Also tons of outdoor seating, plus umbrellas and beach chairs to use. The beach itself is on the bay side, and while there were a few rocky spots it was for the most part very sandy and very fun to explore at low tide. There's an oyster farm just abutting the beach, and we loved spotting beach wildlife including crabs, crickets, frogs, and even a few seals! There were gorgeous views of the Ptown skyline at night, and stargazing in the back was great on clear nights.
Very fast and easy access to Ptown by car or shuttle stop which is basically across the street. The Ptown Stop and Shop (with pharmacy) is about 7 minutes away with ample parking. Much more to do in the area than we even had time for.
In all this was a fantastic rental property for a comfortable and relaxing vacation, one of the best we've ever had!
