Generally everything.

No sign post... directions a little get through to and un welcoming security guards.

There was no breakfast. Although there are kitchen equipment, beverages were not available. The location is close to the main road.

Accessing the location was a bit complicated although the host was very kind and considerate to guide us through the route we should take.
