The location is perfect. Just a 10minute walk from the CBD. The security person at the gate and the caretaker are so welcoming and warm. The host is friendly. They gave us as much drinking water as we needed. The place is very clean and there are board games and a massage chair. We felt so at home.

I had booked this accommodation for its location, price and air-conditioning. Location and price fine, AC not available. This is misleading of customers. I was eaten by mosquitoes as the mosquito nets provided may be considered as fancy decoration, but they do not close by far on either of the four sides. The first morning my hands were full of my blood from killing mosquitoes and the bed full of stains. Even after thorough spraying, there were still mosquitoes bothering me at night. Breakfast could be easily improved. All in all, I did not feel welcome after asking for an AC.
