1. The host was very helpful and supportive for access to premises and parking.
2. Key was easily accessible using wall-mounted lock-box.
3. The location of property is a short drive from Kisii town CBD (5 to 7 minutes drive)
4. The inside of the property was as represented in the photos on booking.
5. Kitchen was conveniently equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave, though we did not need to use them
6. We could easily watch television using available fiber internet.
7. The place was clean.
1. One bedroom had very poor lighting (dim bulb). My son did not like sleeping there. He felt claustrophobic.
2. Some of the infrastructure could do with some repair mainly in the bathrooms i.e both bathroom door locks were broken, one mirror had cracks, bathrooms had peeling paint especially the ceilings.
3. Some light switches were challenging to find (locations wrongly placed)
4. Mattresses could be better.
5. You will need to contend with a premises that is within a residential block
