The flat is clean and has everything you need. There are a lot of nice little bars near.

Location. Quiet and very close to vaporetto station (1min), a great supermarket (5mins) and all the sites were within 10-40mins walk away Very basic, but modernised Extra pillow, plenty of towels, local information provided Good heating system Plenty of hot water
Apartment was a bit dark; online pictures showed a very bright and light apartment. Outside area is totally enclosed, dark and overlooked, which could be expected I guess.
