About this house rental
This beautiful apartment is located only 5 minutes from typical area of the Jewish Ghetto of Venice; you can easily come by walk if you arrive by train, Santa Lucia Train Station is just 15 minutes. You have a water bus stop just at 50 meters from the apartment, very convenient if you arrive from the airport or if you decide to take a tour to Murano or Burano.
If you like walking you can reach the Rialto Bridge with a 20-minute walk and then continue your visit to San Marco Square.
The apartment is just renovated; comes with 2 big double bedrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, hallway organized with washer and dryer. The apartment has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The first bedroom has 3 single beds, the second bedroom has a double bed. If you have a baby I can prepare a cradle.
It's really confortable for 5 persons that need private space.

We couldn't be more happy with Adele and her beautiful Venice apartment. Adele was so friendly and super helpful in more ways than one for my family and we are deeply grateful. The apartment is very spacious and very nicely furnished. Once the water bus drops you off from the airport, it's super easy to take another water bus (vaporetto) to the apartment unless you prefer to walk through the town. Because of the canals it's never a straight shot anywhere so be prepared to zigzag through the city or take vaporettos. The only small issue the apartment had was some small mosquitoes but it's the season and Adele had some non toxic traps set. There's one bedroom with a queen bed and the other has 3 twins. The kitchen is helpful but tiny so we used the second bedroom as a living area to chat. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the towels and bedding.
That area of Venice is very calm and peaceful but just a short walk (15 min) and 3 bridges later you'll be in the San Marco area with the Grand Canal and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved it…like living in a little village. Vaporetto stop super close as are stores for good. Alilaguna stop close but can also take vaporetto to it when carrying luggage. Quiet area relaxing for vacation. Would recommend.

Wonderful location right in the heart of Venice, near all the main square and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Quaint home perfect for a short stay.

Parts of this apartment were really cute -- the back bedroom, the bathroom. The kitchen was definitely way tinier than expected. As short term rental owners we always find it is better to be honest and represent the property accurately than to create an illusion that can't be matched in real life. I would redo the front bedroom and make it more of a living room with a pullout bed and maybe a daybed. It could have been a cute place to hang out a bit but there was no real comfortable place to do so. We really appreciated your super responsiveness and proactivity -- our thought is getting your property to be in alignment with your great customer service. Thanks!
