A great time in a great place!

Very nice apartment, you have everything what you need. Wonderful view from 4 balconies and sound of waves day and night. There were 4 of us there and everyone slept very comfortably. Exit straight to the beach. Nice restaurants around. The owner is helpful and an incredibly kind and nice.

Exceptional

Our family had a dream vacation in Ana Maria and Nick's apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, we also had a beautiful view from the balcony of the sea and the beach. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. On warm nights we enjoyed the coolness and the movies on Netflix :). Everything was perfect, clean, it was a beautiful environment for a family vacation. The host was very welcoming. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience

Would give a score of 11 if it were possible. Everything was perfect. Nick the host was a darling. Took time to explain everything and even booked a table for us in nearby restaurant. Flat is spacious corner with FOUR balconies overlooking the sandy beach and sea. Very clean with all eminities. Plenty beach concessions with sun beds and umbrellas, just seconds away. Parking is free in a pre determined space. City centre is 5 minutes by bus and a very comfortable walk. Will definitely come again.

Il mare sotto casa

Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Appartamento accogliente, pulito, completo di tutto, dai detersivi agli utensili da cucina, anche caffè,, zucchero, marmellatine e fette biscottate. Inoltre il proprietario ci ha omaggiato di una bottiglia di spumante e dei dolcetti per le festività natalizie. C'era anche l'albero di Natale! La vista del mare da ogni singola stanza è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Credo proprio che ci torneremo.

Nik, unser Vermieter, hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und war super freundlich. Er war für alle Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber, Lage am Meer mit tollem Blick vom Balkon. Mega!

Perfekt ophold

Dette sted er helt utroligt. Både lejligheden, placeringen lige ved vandet, indretningen, faciliteterne, og ikke mindst det meget venlige værtsskab. Vi nød at være i lejligheden i en hel uge og ville ikke hjem igen.

Vi kunne lidt alt. Ved problemer med internettet fik vi hurtigt Niks hjælp, så intet at klage over .

L'appartamento è spazioso, ma soprattutto con una vista-mare che riempie gli occhi. Estremamente pulito e ben organizzato per una vacanza per due, completo di TUTTO il necessario all'uso di cucina (piano cottura, forno el. e microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina espresso, utensili per cucinare e occorrente per la mise en place), di bagno (asciugamani, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, phon) e camera (cuscini e coperte, asse da stiro e ferro), nonché di prodotti di consumo (tovagliolini, scottex, carta igienica, pellicola, carta forno, alluminio, capsule caffè, marmellatine, etc.) e per pulire. Letto comodo. Non manca veramente niente, tv grande in sala, ci sono perfino l'estintore e una cassetta di primo soccorso. Ma la sorpresa è la estrema disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari nel fornire indicazioni utili a rendere la nostra vacanza perfetta. Grazie per il Prosecco per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio!

Lo stile dell'arredamento è un po' datato, ma comunque funzionale. Siamo rimasti un po' male per la presenza di una petroliera al largo che svolge continuamente alcune funzioni, sebbene in totale sicurezza.

Ein entspannter Kurzurlaub vor der Hauptreisezeit. Empfehlenswert.

Eine große, saubere Wohnung in der 6. Etage mit schönem Blick über das Meer mit vier Balkonen. Das Haus ist nur durch einen kleinen Park vom Strand getrennt. Strandcafes und Bäckerei sind in unmittelbarere Nähe. Auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Montags ist im Zentrum von Savona Wochenmarkt. Er zieht sich fast durch die ganze Innenstadt. Genua haben wir bequem mit dem Zug von Vado Ligurie erreicht. ein Parkplatz war gleich vor der Tür.

Vista da sogno! L'appartamento è molto spazioso è ben curato e pulito, c'era davvero tutto per ogni comfort! Anche l'accoglienza è stata Top, Nik ci ha accolti in modo molto gentile. Che dire? Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Struttura e location perfetta, la consiglio.

L’esperienza in questa struttura è stata al 100% positiva. La posizione è fantastica, con 4 terrazzini (sdraio e tavolo inclusi) fronte mare, con vista fino a Genova. Il sole frontale illumina l’appartamento tutto il giorno. La casa è grande e spaziosa, nessun soprammobile (per fortuna), arredata con gusto. Esageratamente pulita! Non manca nulla, qualsiasi cosa di cui hai bisogno c’è, inclusa la macchina del caffè con le cialde, il bollitore con le bustine del tè, i contenitori per la raccolta differenziata, e addirittura un Dyson per sabbia o polvere. Il padrone di casa è stato gentile e si è messo a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta di informazione: ristoranti, gite, eccetera. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Aus allen Zimmern haben wir den Sonnenaufgang genossen. Die Wohnung ist am Strand gelegen und von der Wohnung aus sahen wir was auf dem Strand los war.
