Casa Gully is located in Zinola, a lively neighbourhood in Savona. The flat enjoys a fantastic location, just a few metres from the promenade and the beach, on the second floor of a building with a lift. The recently renovated house offers spacious and bright rooms. With an area of over 100 sqm, it is ideal for large families or groups of friends. The flat opens onto a large entrance hall with a sofa which all the rooms overlook. In the living area there is a large living room with a dining area, sofa bed and TV and a kitchen-living room with a sea view. The sleeping area consists instead of a double bedroom and a second one with two single beds and a bunk bed, both modern and comfortable. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom and a corner balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and the Gothic Church of Santo Spirito e Concezione. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. A cosy home in one of the most authentic areas of the Ligurian Riviera, where everything is at hand.
Zinola is a characteristic seaside district located in the western part of Savona.
Appreciated for its quiet and genuine atmosphere, it still retains the soul of a small Ligurian village, with colourful houses, local shops and a warm welcome. The seaside promenade offers splendid views of the gulf and leads to the centre of Savona, which is also easily accessible by bicycle or public transport. Zinola is perfect for those who want a relaxing holiday without forgoing services. The district is also well connected to the main resorts of the Riviera, such as Bergeggi, Noli and Spotorno, perfect for day trips. A corner of Liguria where time passes slowly, between sea, tradition and simplicity.
