Очень просторно, чисто, место бомба! Рядом пекарня, магазин фруктов, ощущение, что дома.
По крыше когда дождь идет, громко слышно.

Я в восторге от квартиры, чистота и дизайн квартиры на высшем уровне, находится в пешей доступности до каскада 8 минут спокойным шагом, до консерватории 5 минут, площадь республики с поющими фантами 10 минут, рестораны, магазины всё рядом, хозяин очень приветливый и заботливый и всегда на связи, буду рекомендовать своим друзьям и рекомендую всем! Метро рядом с домом.

Great location — just 5–10 minutes’ walk from central monuments and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and nicely renovated, perfect for 2–3 people. The host was incredibly kind: we arrived at 5 a.m. after a long journey and were allowed early check-in without any extra charge. Big bonus points for hospitality!

Отличное местоположение - до пешеходной улицы 5 минут, до площади Республики минут 10-15. При этом, сам апарт находится во дворе, поэтому ночью там тихо, и машины не мешают. В квартире все удобства, кроме посудомоечной машины. Любезные хозяева постоянно были на связи в WA, заселение возможно в любое время.
Когда был ливень, крыша была как барабан, гораздо громче, чем на самом деле. Хорошо, что затяжной дождь в Ереване это редкость.
