Nura Houses Condor

Het was aangenaam rustig. Super vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Na het uitchecken mochten we wegens een late vlucht nog aan het zwembad liggen. Hier kregen we van Lucas een handdoek en drankje aangeboden. Ook werden we verder geholpen voor een taxi naar de luchthaven.

Het warme water dat uit de kraan kwam. Maar al de rest maakte het goed!

The apartment was a good size for 2, we enjoyed having a private patio area, which was adjacent to our friends who were staying in the next apartment. The pool area was good, and the staff were all very friendly/helpful. Location was also good for the seafront, bars and restaurants.

Nothing, all good

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Lage. Es sind keine 10 Minuten zum Strand. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Das Personal war super freundlich! Grüße an Luca! Er war super freundlich, hat einen alles sachlich und genau erklärt und sprüht einfach vor guter Laune. Genauso stell ich mir ein gutes Fachpersonal vor! Und es war auch gar nicht so laut wie andere hier beschrieben hatten. :) alles in einem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur allen empfehlen!

staff was nice and tried to help

the online check in system is trash af. in the massage I received from the hotel it stand that the online check in is "compulsory". At the end we still needed to provide some information on arrival, also twice and the payment of the tourist tax didn't worked. I asked twice about the tourist tax and was informed "all payed", but serval days after the trip I got mail with a link to pay the tax "due system failure". well if your system sucks, do it on arrival... also in 1 of 3 apartments the toilet seat didn't work for 3 days.
