Очень камерная и уютная комната. Особенно добавляли деревянные окна нежно зеленого цвета и шероховатой текстурой.

Ночью упало давление в бойлере и пришлось принимать прохладный душ. Сообщил хосту и утром все работало отлично. Думаю это редкость и просто не повезло)

Perfect location close to Funicular. 24/7 supermarket nearby so you can buy food anytime and no need to fill the fridge. Internet connection is perfect! Good enough for the remote work. Room is cozy and we'll designed.

A bit dirty vent in bath but nothing significant.

The host replied quickly and gave clear instructions on how to find the property and keys. They also shared some affordable dining recommendations in Tbilisi. The apartment, though small, was slightly bigger than I anticipated. A thoughtful touch was finding chocolates, tea, and coffee on the table. The sofa was extremely comfortable, and I had restful sleep all three nights. Despite being on the first floor, the street was usually quiet. The shower and toilet worked well, there were plenty of sockets for charging devices, and it was warm! The best part - it was spotlessly clean.

It's not a problem for me, but it could be challenging for older people or those with lots of luggage to walk to the flat. The apartment is near the Funicular station, and from the city center (like Rustaveli street), it's about a 7-minute uphill walk, which might be difficult. If this could be an issue for you, think about taking a taxi.
