Summary:
This villa in the popular Monte Solana 2 area in Pedreguer offers panoramic mountain and nature views. The exterior features a covered seating area with a built-in grill, a private pool (8 x 4 m), 4 loungers, and a solar outdoor shower. The upper floor includes a bright dining-living room with a wood stove, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The lower floor has three bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms. Parking is available. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob and much more, the house has a total of 4 air conditioning hot/cold in the bedrooms, electric radiators throughout the house and on the upper main floor a wood burning fireplace. Outside there are 4 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a brick built charcoal barbecue with a covered seating area.
Bed size : 1 double bed with 1,30m x 1,80m ,2 single bed with 0,90m x 1,80m.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
You will find our Villa Nina in a sunny and quiet location in Monte Solana II. The distance to the nearest beach is about 12 km. The centre of Pedreguer is only a few minutes away by car, there you will find supermarkets, bank ATMs, and much more. Our small capital Denia is about 15 minutes away and the big shopping centre in Ondara "Portal de la Marina" is also only 10 minutes away by car. Both airports, Alicante or Valencia, are 100 km away, about 1 hour drive.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, all guests must complete an online check-in form, in compliance with regional regulations, which will be sent to you 14 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.

I was really impressed with Tanya and her team. Excellent customer service went above and beyond. We were greeted upon arrival. One of the ceiling fans in one of the bedrooms wasn't working and a few hours later, Tanya showed up with a floor fan. We also had some issues switching over the satellite, and someone from the rental team spent time over the phone and in person helping us remedy the situation.
The house was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool. We liked that it had an outdoor shower for showering before and after swimming.
House was well-equipped with everything we need for a week-long stay. We rented sheets and towels which was also very convenient.
I would definitely rent again from the Stella rental group and would consider coming back to this house in another season to enjoy the surrounding areas.
