A localização, a qualidade do restaurante que está na mesma instalação, a facilidade do café da manhã na padaria.
O quarto que ficamos (1º andar - Malbec) com a janela aberta fica muito exposto a quem anda por ali.
O ruído da rua chega com facilidade neste quarto.

The bed mattress
The room was very dark upon arrival, with the windows facing directly onto a wall. The shower water in the bathroom was cold, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The casement windows could not be fully opened, and the bed only had a summer duvet without a proper cover, which did not feel welcoming at all.
Overall, it was a real disappointment. In Petrópolis, for the same price, breakfast was included and the experience was significantly better.
