The room had everything we needed and it was a very comfy bed. The only reason I have not given it a 10 is because the room is very small, this did not worry us as we were only there for one night.
There is no residents lounge and the room was too small to sit in. It was good having the pub next door but it was closed in the morning.

Lovely location, nice pub, staff excellent and food good. The bedding was excellent and a really good shower and bathroom. The room was lovely and warm.
The bedroom floor was a laminate type material rather than a carpet, which I would expect in a bedroom.

Breakfast was excellent but l didn’t realise l had to pay for it outwith booking fee £120 for room only l person ! £13 extra for breakfast !! Room not too spacious but clean !! Not Mutch ventilation! No seat no wardrobe space! A rail with hangers !!for the price expected more!
For the price breakfast included and more space to be more comfortable while in room !!
