Lets start with location. 10/10.
The view is superb!
Each day, we stepped out of the front door and swam right outside. Stunning sea and views and coffee & croissants at Kiosk right by the front door.
Views from the lounge are amazing. Kitchen/lounge/bedrooms all brill.
Being picky...

The property was excellent except for air conditioning that had no instructions and was impossible to understand. I visited in the hottest June on record at 34 degrees each day. Impossible to enjoy without air conditioning. The high price should have included it.
Lyme Regis as a town is no longer possible to enjoy. I was attacked twice by seagull vermin and i saw other distressing attacks. The council's sole remedy are pathetic posters asking us not to feed gulls. They should be eradicated.
