Not the best self-catering we’ve stayed in, and certainly not 4 star, would not return.
Location was good, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Outdoor decking area was nice and spacious with good outdoor furniture. Beds were comfortable enough.
Cleanliness not up to 4*, there was a cup in the kitchen cupboard which had been used as an ashtray and not cleaned, we had to clean dishes and cutlery before use just in case and I was put off using the cooking facilities so we ate out. Some of the pillowcases and the sofa cover was tatty and didn’t feel clean. There were only 3 sunbeds for use at the pool even though we booked for a party of 4. Overall didn’t feel 4* and was very expensive compared to other accommodation we stayed in on this trip and being just outside of the centre of Bardelino, would have expected more.

Good comfortable apartment, but cold shower (broken boiler) and absense of communication spoiled our impression
The apartment is new, clean, cozy, big, has big nice terrace. Very nice location and has private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable.
Bathroom and communications. We came to visit exhibition, so we were mostly out. At the second day we found out that we don’t have the hot water. I texted staff, they asked me to send pictures of boiler to help me. I sent when we come back around 9 evening - nobody replied me. Actually, the next morning I also didn’t receive any communication. Cold shower spoiled the impression for sure.

It was truly wonderful
Location was perfect, the apartment was fabulous. It is very well equipped although a bedside table in the smaller bedroom would have been good! My friend and I had a wonderful time there and spent a lot of our holiday just at the property as we felt so relaxed.
Nothing except a bedside table in bedroom 2 - and really really that was not a problem just an observation. Took a little while to work out how to use hob as we could not find instructions . Which is fine as we looked on the internet but it would have been nice not to have had to do that.

The pool should have been cleaned more often, because if leaf’s and other things in the water. We would also like for it be more clear which sunbeds we could use

Gut gelegen, 2 Schlafzimmer, großzügige Terasse, moderne Einrichtung, 2 TV, kleines Shampoo + Duschgel, genug Handtücher, leichtes Check-in
Pool war nicht beheizt, somit im Oktober nicht nutzbar. Leichter Schimmel an den Duschrändern.
