The size of the apartment is enormous! They told us it's 110 m² but at least Bulgarian standards this seems like more than 130-140 m² apartment. There are three bedrooms which was perfect for our family so everybody can have a separate room. The huge balcony was also very nice we enjoyed eating breakfast there several times. The area is very well maintained and the houses around the apartment are with nice flowers which makes for a very calm and pleasant view while you're having breakfast. There is a large grocery store - Eurospar, just a couple of minutes away by car. You cannot park in the parking of the building but there is a free parking lot that they show you which is 2 minutes away on foot. The host Luca is very welcoming and kind. It was a pleasure communicating with him throughout our stay. The amenities inside the apartment where everything we needed in order to be able to cook food for us for breakfast or sometimes even for lunch or dinner. There is also a dishwasher which was very good for a large group of people. There are air conditioners in almost all of the rooms which keeps the apartment cool and comfortable. Overall, it's a wonderful apartment and if we do come back to Bardolino (which we most probably will) we are very likely to stay in the apartment again.

Neither of these were too much of an issue. They're simply something to keep in mind when booking. There is only one bathroom/toilet so for a large group this can be inconvenient in the mornings and evenings. We managed but it would have been better if there is at least a separate toilet. The mattresses are soft which was not ideal for us, it can cause back pain if you don't sleep on soft mattresses. But for a relatively short stay it's not a problem. If you're going to stay there for more than 2-3 weeks then it may be a little bit difficult. The apartment is located uphill so if you're without a car is going to be an unpleasant return from the beach or the city center on foot. If you're with a car then it is absolutely no problem to get to and from the apartment. One of the bedrooms was without air conditioning.

Everything was excellent! The host was very welcoming and even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, both in the kitchen and bathroom, and an iron was also provided. The terrace is wonderful, the area is quiet, and we slept very comfortably. At the same time, everything is conveniently close by — shops, the town center, the ferry terminal, and the bus stop. Highly recommended!

Modern and great location. Luca greeted us and helped park our car nearby. He had tons of info and the AC worked great. Enjoyed the balcony and coffee station.
