We all agree that the staff's service was excellent; they made us feel very comfortable. We appreciate all the warmth, courtesy, and dedication shown to our family. The information was always transparent, and I hope to have the opportunity to return someday.
I believe they can work on two areas for improvement. The first is the pet-friendly concept. There are two dogs and three cats on the property that roam freely throughout the house and are always "keeping company" with guests, but their pet policies are very restrictive, which I found inconsistent. Another important point is that the pool water temperature shouldn't be charged separately; it should be part of the excellent property experience, and this service should be included in the property rate.
