About this house rental
A pleasant place to stay in Chinauta. Exclusive and private. 15 minutes from Fusagasugá and 150 meters from the highway. Mild climate
Two houses with a total capacity of 27 people. Equipped with king-size beds, bunk beds, double beds, and single beds with new mattresses. Shared and private bathrooms in each house. Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, living room, dining room, TV, social area, and Wi-Fi. Swimming pool for adults and a mini pool for small children. Spacious terrace by the pool. Ping-pong table, pool table, frog game, volleyball, and mini soccer fields.
We do not mix groups; the property is entirely at your disposal
Hot water service. There are two stores 200 meters away. You must bring your own towels and toiletries.
Pets are welcome!!!
Smoking is prohibited inside the houses.
Other important details
There is a cleaning fee of $70.000 to ensure the houses are thoroughly cleaned for guests. You must also clean the property upon checkout.
The security deposit is $150.000.. This is in case something is accidentally damaged and needs to be replaced. If we find everything in order, the deposit will be refunded in full within 3 business days after the check-out date.
We charge $15.000 per night per pet.
